Client Services
Using the power of the Internet, @Client Services Revision is designed to better meet the needs of our Clients. New features and improvements to the web page allow our Clients to view accounts, submit individual accounts, upload debtor files, view Client Statistics, and create or run queries of the database using simple SQL statements. Clients also have the ability to view reports such as Trust Invoices, Acknowledgements, and Client Debtor Status Reports online.
 

Early-Out Program
When partnering with KAMP we are committed to delivering excellent service to your patients. We believe that we are patient advocates and can serve a vital role in explaining to patients their bill, uncover their eligibility for third party coverage, and listen to other issues they may have regarding their stay or service at the clinic/hospital in a patient friendly manner. Successful early out support is not just about recovering the money; it is also about serving as an extension of your office staff.

Pre-Collect Program
Our Pre-Collect program is designed for those clients who prefer a "softer" approach to motivate a patient to pay their bill before it may require more conventional collection methods to collect your bill.

This service can be an excellent collection tool and is particularly ideal for the client who refers their accounts quickly for collection. "Third-party impact" is often all it takes to get your account paid. Our series of collection letters are much less expensive than your in-house collection efforts and will greatly accelerate cash flow to your practice.

Pre-Collect Plus
Our Pre-Collection Plus consists of not only a series of pre-collect letters, but also includes automated outbound messaging calls to the patient. Unlike conventional collection fees, this is a lower-cost commission and/or a flat-rate program with no up-front fees or additional costs.

Oftentimes, due to staff capacity, accounts are not reviewed in a timely manner. These accounts then become more challenging to collect. Since time is money, we are able to work through accounts more efficiently, reaching more patients and collecting more of your outstanding debts.

In most circumstances, notices sent and calls made from a third-party entity will prompt quicker action from a patient. Our automated messaging system allows the patient to learn more about their bill, to speak with one of our professional representatives, or pay their bill using our pay data center. Time Payment Plan
Our Time Payment Plan is a convenient and effective way for patients to pay their medical bill in monthly installments. The payment schedule can range from two to thirty-six months, depending on the amount due and the patient's financial situation. We will work with the patient to provide arrangements to meet their needs.

For their convenience, we will send the patient a reminder notice each month. Each reminder notice lists the payment arrangements, the date due and where to send the payment.

Insurance Follow-up
Finding yourself not keeping up with your insurance companies' denials and non-payments after forty-five days?

This program will keep you current with your unpaid claims and keep your patients informed to the status of their insurance claim.
 

Medical Collections
Our collection procedures follow a multi-step process that allows for the most effective collection of payment.

Starting with Placement, all accounts will be entered into our system and the initial collection notice sent within 48 hours of receipt.

Follow-up takes place 30 days after the first notice is sent, as directed by the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, and second letter is sent. After 30 days, the collector will receive the account for telephone contact.

With Collector Activity, we attempt to obtain all information needed to collect accounts on the first contact using a ten-step process. We utilize all available telephone numbers such as residence, employment, relative, etc. to reach the debtor.

A reminder notice is sent on every Promised Payment ten days before the payment is due. Accounts are placed in the collector's files to be called if the payment is not received by the due date. Our Pay-Data Center is used for debtors who wish GLA to deduct payments from their Credit Card or Check by Phone every month.

On Accounts Where No Telephone Number is Available and we have exhausted all efforts to locate a telephone number, we place them with a clerical supervisor who sends a series of letters. The supervisor then determines if a request for suit authorization should be sent to the client or if the account should be closed.

When a collector feels Legal Action should be taken on an account, the collector requests our Legal Department review the account. If the Legal Department determines that legal action is appropriate, the client is sent a Request for Authorization for Suit to be signed.

Qwik Dial, a state of the art Integrated Voice Recognition System, makes collecting accounts receivables easy for both the agency and the individual who owes you money. Qwik Dial provides information about overdue accounts by calling and verifying the guarantor, then allowing the debtor to privately learn more about their overdue account. The individual is then given options which range from promising payment to talking with a customer service representative about the account. Qwik Dial allows us to efficiently contact virtually thousands of debtors daily in a professional and successful manner.

Credit Reporting; All accounts over a minimum amount are reported to Experian, Trans-Union, and CSC Credit Bureaus if they remain unpaid after the 60 days from the date of turnover.
